KOLHunter is a creator discovery and outreach platform that helps brands find and connect with social media influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The Service includes creator search, analytics, email outreach, and campaign management tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content through the email features

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Gmail), TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by KOLHunter and protected by intellectual property laws. Creator data displayed on the platform is sourced from publicly available information on social media platforms.

8. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription plan.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KOLHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.
